Weekly Workouts/ 15 minute FULL BODY HIIT Workout

Weekly Workouts

Monday - Wednesday: Our family went to the Great Wold Lodge and spent our days in the indoor waterpark I climbed so many stairs getting to the big tube slides. It gave me a great workout!



Thursday: Bike Ride 

Friday: I loved this full body HIIT workout!
